By accessing and using DziriPay ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on DziriPay are digital goods (game keys, gift cards, activation codes). Upon successful payment, products are delivered instantly to your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring product compatibility with your platform or region before purchase.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. All sales are final unless the product is proven to be invalid.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

• The product code is invalid or already used (must be reported within 24 hours)
• The product does not match the description
• Technical error resulting in double payment

Redeemed codes are not eligible for refunds. Wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to resell purchased codes without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
• Submit fraudulent payment information

7. Limitation of Liability

DziriPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
